Yellow Blues

A smokey bar enter two cowboy shirt wearing figures

Cowboy 1

Good evening my name is Cameron Clegg and this here’s my fiddler Clegg Cameron IV

Cowboy 2

Hey is it Clegg Cameron or Cameron Clegg which comes first?

Cowboy 1

Oh it is the latter - gonna lay some harmony on y’all now

Cowboy 2

Why am I called the fourth?

Cowboy 1

The iv is the place you win at  elections  - on a good day

Yellow blues our bluegrass style don’t gather dust
Blue the Tory shade / Grass someone you can’t trust
Kinda works
(Yellow then under oh oh oh
Blue ooh ooh ooh)
Yellow a song by another rich boy with a smug ug wearing wife
Blue stratos from the 70s / when workers had some rights

Yellow blues x 2

Yellow as in moon when Murdoch pulled  Cable’s trousers down
Blue as in once in a blue moon/ owning a flat in your hometown
Yellow as in  magic orchestras now facing funding cuts for years
Blue as in flashing lights while they try to revive Lansley’s career

Yellow blues x 2

Yellow as in yellow press / praise the Condems to the moon
Blew true Hague blew / his chances in that hotel room
Yellow pages full of promises/rip off service the reality
But none as blatant as we'll cut cut fees / which you multiply by three
